  • Orders are processed within 3 business days.
  • Custom print-on-demand products may require additional production time before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Shipping is handled by Gelato Print on Demand and its partner carriers.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Average shipping times are:
    • Domestic: 3-5 business days
    • International: 5-7 business days
  • Unexpected delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected method.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount.
  • Additional customs fees or import duties may apply for international orders, and the customer is responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking availability depends on the selected shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We will work with Gelato and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may need to cover the reshipping costs.
