About us
Fulcral was born seven years ago from the passion of two friends for bodyboarding and the surf culture. What started as a simple project to capture and share the best waves in northern Portugal quickly grew into a platform for the local community. Over the years, we have grown alongside the riders who follow us, documenting epic sessions, showcasing new talents, and revealing to the world the unique essence of bodyboarding in our coastline.
More than just a channel, Fulcral has become a meeting point for everyone who lives and breathes this sport. With every new video and every new share, we reinforce our mission to elevate bodyboarding and give voice to the culture that unites us.

Behind the lens
Growing up by the sea, with childhood days spent among his older brother’s surf crew, he developed a deep connection to the waves from an early age. What started as a fascination with the ocean soon turned into a passion for capturing its most powerful moments. Now dedicated to filming and documenting epic sessions, he focuses on preserving the energy and essence of bodyboarding through his lens, sharing the raw beauty of each wave with the world.

The one who always knows the way, he has become the driving force behind our adventures. With an instinct for finding the best spots and a natural sense of direction, he’s the one behind the wheel on every trip, no GPS needed. From pre-dawn drives to last-minute chases for the perfect swell, he ensures the crew gets to the right place at the right time, turning every journey into part of the story.
